- US fellowship-trained senior consultant orthopaedic surgeon. He underwent sub-specialty training at the Hip & Knee Division, Stanford University Hospital Orthopaedic Department, USA.
- Visiting Consultant to the National University Hospital, Singapore and the Singapore Armed Forces Military Medicine Institute and is currently a consultant for Zimmer Inc, one of the largest orthopaedic implant companies in the world.

Pinnacle Orthopaedic Group was founded by Dr Kevin Lee with the vision of creating a true sub-specialty orthopaedic practice in Singapore.
Over the years, our team has grown to include Dr Andy Wee, Dr Victor Seah, Dr Tay, Dr Alvin Tan, and Dr Mark Tan, who joined the practice in 2016, 2018, 2020, 2023, and 2025 respectively. Today, our team of six orthopaedic surgeons provides patients with a one-stop service for all orthopaedic needs across our clinics at Mount Elizabeth Orchard, Mount Elizabeth Novena, Parkway East Hospital, and Mount Alvernia Medical Centre.
Each of our surgeons has undergone advanced sub-specialty training in leading medical centres in the United States or Europe.
